Meet The Team
PayaCharity are a small and enthusiastic team led by specialists that use their extensive knowledge of the cards industry to break new ground with contactless device technology. We are excited by the future of contactless payment opportunities in the third sector and are passionate about driving growth of contactless donation box technologies to better help fundraising and charitable organisations.
Bill has over 22 years experience in the cards and payments industry. A former FD and MD at Barclaycard Business, MD at Payzone and a founder of NetBanx – the UK’s first generally available agnostic online PSP at the outset of e-commerce in the UK.
Linda has 30 years of senior level marketing experience at BT, Post Office & Payzone Limited, including 15 years in the specialist billing & payments market. Responsible for proposition development, branding and management of the marketing function.
Mark has 20 years experience as a Director in both large and small companies. Mark has spent the last 8 years in card payments, including ISO development. He manages the development of key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans for the business.
Business Development Manager
Mike is responsible for the company’s growth and international commercial performance from the existing client base.
Head of Risk and Fraud Management
Ray has over 14 years experience at Barclaycard. He manages the reporting Fraud risk profile, ratifying and recommending relevant Fraud Risk management actions and mitigation strategies.
Accounts and Risk Administrator
Alona provides hands-on development of risk models involving market, credit and operational risk, assuring our controls are operating effectively, and provides account research and analytical support.
Head of Operations
Aylin is the senior head of operations and customer service. She is responsible for all commercial, research, and consulting division operations; global marketing and product implementation for all brands.
Customer Service Manager
Rori has more than 10 years of experience in establishing, managing and optimising customer service functions in organisations of all sizes and industries.
Faye spends her time managing the brands and spends her time managing the social media, content planning and execution, design and copywriting.
Head of IT
Steve has extensive experience in Systems Programming & IT Development. His responsibilities include managing the technology operations and implementation of new IT systems and policies.
Dan is a web application developer who is responsible for modernising many areas of our online proposition, planning and creating the new responsive web portals used by our partners and customers.
Chris is a talented website developer who handles payment integrations, app development and improvements to our backend processes.
